with ERP systems

The main advantages of a vertical lift module in a warehouse are picking speed, space savings and better ergonomics and working conditions. It also handles everything from small parts such as screws to long pipes, large sheets and other machine parts.

Systemstöd has integrated Weland Lagersystem lift modules with ERP systems such as Jeeves ERP through ISE Compact Control. The lift module operates in real time from Jeeves ERP and different handheld solutions through ISE Lager.

Vertical lift module for efficient storage

Lift modules can adapt to different physical environments and fulfil important storage functions:

– Picking storage for resource-efficient storage of low- and medium-frequency items, suitable for distribution warehouses, third-party logistics, e-commerce and more.

– Finished goods storage for the most efficient storage of products awaiting delivery.

Control the lift module from your ERP system

With our integration ISE Compact you can manage and control lift modules from Jeeves ERP. Two makes are currently supported: Compact Lift from Weland Lagersystem and Pro Lager. They can adapt to different physical environments and offer many benefits:

Picking speed – the technology brings items to the picker instead of the reverse. A user at the lift module generally handles 2–4 times more picks than in a traditional warehouse, while reducing picking errors.

Space-saving – lift modules store items safely and systematically vertically, with each module adapted for optimal space utilisation. You save 70–90% of floor space compared with conventional shelving.

Ergonomics – when goods are stored in a lift module, the right item quickly reaches the picker on a tray at a comfortable working height. There is no need to search or walk among shelves to pick items. 

Versatile storage – lift modules adapt to the goods stored, from small parts and screws to pipes, sheets or machine parts weighing up to 1.5 tonnes per load tray.

Return on investment – many companies are pleasantly surprised at how quickly a lift module pays for itself. A one-year payback is not uncommon.

Control the lift module on mobile devices

Our integration between Jeeves ERP and lift modules can usefully be complemented by our handheld solution ISE Lager for maximum warehouse efficiency.

This solution lets you control lift modules through handheld and mobile devices instead of a computer, saving time on every order. It delivers significant benefits, particularly for picking-intensive e-commerce and retail operations.
