Privacy policy
Aktiebolaget Systemstöd Sverige

Systemstöd respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. We are transparent about what information we collect and why, and protect it as securely as possible.

Collecting information

We collect information from you or may record your personal data in the following situations:

– When you enter your name, address, email address or phone number on one of our websites.
– When you contact us by email, phone, through our websites or on social media.
– When you subscribe to a Systemstöd newsletter.
– When you contact support or a support ticket is registered for your organization. We may then process contact details, the ticket description, communications, technical information and support history.

We also automatically receive and store information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, software and hardware details and the page requested.

Personal data about prospective customers

In sales and business development, we may collect and process professional personal data about contacts at companies we believe may have a relevant interest in our products and services. This may include names, job titles, employers, business email addresses and phone numbers.

The data may come from public sources, external business and contact information providers, digital marketplaces and comparison services where people have shown interest in our or similar products and services. Examples include CRM, prospecting, business data enrichment and services that refer inquiries and leads.

Collection with consent

By completing a consent form on one of our websites, for example to subscribe to a newsletter or receive offers, you consent to your personal data, such as your name, phone number and email address, being used to market the service presented where you are asked to provide it.

When you visit our website, we use necessary cookies required for it to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after your choice in our cookie panel, to the extent consent is required. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Read Systemstöd's cookie policy here.

Using information

Information we collect from you may be used to:

– personalize your experience and meet your individual needs
– improve our website
– improve customer service and meet your need for assistance
– contact you by email or post about offers, campaigns or services we believe may interest you; you may opt out of this marketing at any time
– administer a competition, offer or survey

Systems used in our business

We use modern ERP systems and cloud services to provide the best possible service. For example, we use HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing, and Freshdesk for support and ticket management. Personal data is processed in these systems as needed to deliver services, provide support and communicate with customers.

Email communications and tracking

When we send newsletters and other marketing communications through HubSpot, technical information may be recorded about recipients' interactions, including email opens, links clicked and the time of the interaction. We use this to measure and improve our emails and make communications more relevant. Tracking is used only where an applicable legal basis exists and with the recipient's consent where required.

Legal bases for processing

Depending on the situation, we process personal data to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps, comply with legal obligations, pursue our legitimate interests or on the basis of consent.

Legitimate interests may support managing customer relationships, providing support, monitoring our business and communicating relevant information to professional contacts. Where processing is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time.

For relevant B2B sales and prospecting, processing may be based on our legitimate interest in informing businesses and professionals about products and services we believe may be relevant to their operations.

Disclosure to third parties

Systemstöd does not sell personal data. We use external systems and providers to run our business and deliver services. Processing in those systems takes place within the services we use and the agreements between Systemstöd and each provider.

Personal data may also need to be disclosed to authorities or other recipients where required by law, an authority's decision or to protect legal claims.

We consider it necessary to share information to investigate, prevent or address illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential risks to a person's physical safety, breaches of our terms of use or other situations where the law requires it.

Information security

We take various security measures to protect your personal data. We use advanced encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted over the internet. Only employees performing specific tasks, such as invoicing or customer service, have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers storing it are kept in a secure environment.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. We use necessary cookies for basic website functions. After your choice in the cookie panel, we may also use cookies for statistics, analytics and marketing. Some cookies and similar technologies can link website activity to an identifiable contact, for example after a form is completed. Systemstöd's cookie policy explains the cookies used, their purposes and how to change your choice. Read Systemstöd's cookie policy here.

Unsubscribing and objecting to marketing

If you no longer wish to receive marketing from Systemstöd, you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in our marketing emails or tell us you do not wish to be contacted for marketing. We will then stop direct marketing to you.

Links to other websites

Any links on our website to third-party websites or materials are provided for information only. Systemstöd does not control that content and is not responsible for it. We are also not liable for damage or losses that may arise from using those links.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time. Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and, in some cases, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us below to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for its original purposes. Customer and contract data is kept during the relationship and afterwards as needed to perform contracts, handle legal claims or meet legal requirements. Support tickets and history are kept as needed to provide support, follow up services and address recurring questions. Marketing generally does not use information older than four years unless a relevant relationship continues or another legal basis exists. Legal requirements, such as accounting legislation, may require longer retention. All personal data is handled with a high level of security and confidentiality.
