"We already use Adra Matcher and Adra Balancer, which significantly speed up and simplify our financial close. We recently implemented Task Manager as well, and now feel we have full control over close activities and have completely eliminated dependence on specific individuals. Adra gives us a good overview of all activities. One thing we really appreciate about Adra by Trintech is that all development is based on customer requests. You are incredibly responsive!”

Task templates and a library of to-do lists
Create task lists once, then use them repeatedly or as an ad hoc list. Describe the purpose and how the work or task should be performed. Work and tasks can then be carried out as specified, month after month, year after year. New employees also know exactly how to perform the tasks.
Task lists
Choose from your task lists, such as your close calendar or budget process, and allocate the month’s work. You can also import a task list from a spreadsheet. Create dependencies, subtasks and checklists to ensure everything is actually completed correctly.
Day zero
You do not need to set a completion date for each task. Define a plus/minus relationship to the day the work must be complete – “day zero”. Set day zero for the entire task list, such as a month-end close, and every task on the list automatically receives the correct due date.
Task overview and dashboard
The advanced drag-and-drop dashboard gives you a graphical overview of everything you need to keep track of.
In-app and email reminders
Alerts and reminders ensure everyone knows what to do, when to do it and how – even on their smartphone.
Collaboration and validation
Upload documentation and attachments and comment on different tasks. The collaboration concept lets team members work together, for example by completing different tasks on the same task list or close calendar.
Control and risk management
Control your operational efficiency and financial reporting. Gain visibility and governance over control functions throughout your organization. Enforce and manage internal controls, minimize risk and verify compliance with laws and regulations.
