Add-on to your existing ERP system
SOLO from Promosoft is an add-on to your company's existing ERP system. One person can manage a very large number of items and several warehouses, calculate stock levels and purchasing quantities, and place orders. Inventory optimisation is calculated entirely automatically. The user has a monitoring role and responds to deviation signals from the program.
The inventory and purchasing control methods automate the purchasing process and drastically reduce routine work for call-off orders.
Benefits of digitalised inventory control?
In many companies, inventory and purchasing sooner or later become problematic, with dependence on individuals, too much manual work, uncertainty in purchasing decisions and inadequate control of KPIs and reports.
The system then calculates forecasts and evaluates forecast deviations for each individual item. It takes trends and seasonality into account and informs the user if the forecast deviation exceeds certain thresholds.
Simulation function
The solution has a simulation function to predict the effects of configured parameters. SOLO's simulation function uses graphs to show what will happen to inventory in terms of, for example, future demand, turnover rate, order frequency, stock value, order quantities and reorder points.
