Have you heard of the term artificial intelligence (AI)?
A field some call the new electricity and the next industrial revolution.
Others are more skeptical, and Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk believes it is highly likely that artificial intelligence will become a threat to humanity. He believes AI will give certain companies “extreme power” and that artificial intelligence is the most frightening problem facing the world.
An interesting question is what is being developed and what is already available in AI and ERP systems?
We have been a partner of Sage, the world's third-largest ERP developer, for several years. Sage has several ERP systems in its portfolio, and we have chosen to work with Sage X3. Last year, as a first step, Sage integrated Pegg, an AI chatbot, into the Sage One accounting system.
