HansaWorld's Standard ERP becomes Excellent Standard ERP
Excellent has taken over operational responsibility for parts of HansaWorld's business relating to the ERP system Standard ERP in the Nordic and Baltic regions.
The change means Excellent is responsible for regional distribution, marketing, support and further development.
What does this mean for the market and customers?
For customers, the change primarily means a new commercial point of contact rather than a new system. Existing functionality and the data model are not directly affected, but resources are being allocated to developing more features and priority integrations, such as automatic bank integrations.
A major new feature is the portal. The system has traditionally been a client/server system accessed through a client. It can now also be accessed entirely through a web portal. The portal allows you to run virtually all commands, access all records and work just as you would in the client.
Standard ERP is complemented by Excellent Books in Sweden and Norway
In Estonia and the Baltic region, a somewhat smaller system has existed alongside Standard ERP. Excellent Books currently has tens of thousands of business customers in the Baltic region and Finland. The concept offers many modules with extensive functionality, hosting included, and aggressive pricing.
