Hansen Racing is Sweden’s oldest and largest company specializing in importing spare parts for American cars, trucks, vans and marine engines. It offers a complete range of automotive and marine parts, exhaust systems, truck and van parts, and tools from the best-known US manufacturers, from original equipment to aftermarket products. Hansen Racing is also the exclusive importer of Gulf oil in Sweden.

Hansen Racing customers
The company’s customers now include 350 stores across Sweden, plus some exports to Scandinavian countries. Marine parts outlets and workshops are additional customers. The stores are primarily so-called ProStar businesses with expertise and specialization in spare parts for American cars, around 50 in total. Hansen Racing also supplies most chain-affiliated stores and the few remaining independent stores in Sweden. The affiliated stores belong to Mekonomen, Meca, Bildelsspecialisten, Autoexperten and AD center.
Around 50 Hansen Mechanic workshops are Hansen Racing-authorized workshops for American vehicles. The company also supplies parts to around 50 marine stores. Hansen Racing dealers are rated in one-, two- and three-star categories based on stockholding and service level.
Hansen Racing also has a service store, primarily for handing over goods to dealers, but also serving as a marine support store and a place to market-test new products.
Jeeves ERP at Hansen Racing
Since 2005, Hansen Racing has used Jeeves ERP and its modules and features to manage logistics processes and financial functions. Hansen Racing uses ISE Compact Control from Systemstöd to control Welands Lagersystem’s vertical storage lifts from Jeeves. Its e-commerce is fully integrated with Jeeves ERP. Inventory optimization uses SOLO, an inventory optimization and purchasing system for wholesalers and chains with large goods flows that complements the existing ERP system.
