What is Keycloak IAM?
Keycloak is a container-based, open-source Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. It supports modern security standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0, and offers multifactor authentication (MFA) and centralized user and role management.

AWS Simple Email Service (SES)
What is AWS Simple Email Service?

What can we offer with AWS Simple Email Service?
As part of our cloud offering, we provide customers with a simple, stable solution for emailing directly from Sage X3 without integration with their existing email solution.
Who is AWS Simple Email Service for?
Businesses needing to send system-generated emails, such as invoices and order confirmations, without integration with their own mail server.
What do you need to do to activate the service?
To activate the service, customers add DNS records to their domain, such as SPF, DKIM and possibly DMARC, to verify domain ownership and ensure email does not end up in spam. We provide the exact records and guidance as needed.
SFTP server through OpenSSH
What is an SFTP server through OpenSSH?
A secure file transfer service using encrypted connections to protect data in transit. Supports authentication using private keys, passwords or a combination. More information about an SFTP server through OpenSSH here
What can we offer with an SFTP server through OpenSSH?
As part of our Sage X3 cloud offering, we operate a secure SFTP solution at sftp.sagex3.online. Customers can use it to exchange sensitive files with us or other parties in an encrypted, controlled way.
