Leading integration platform
Inobiz is a leading data integration company and has existed since 1996. The Inobiz integration platform and development tool for transformation and data mapping are installed at more than 500 customers. Since the start, Systemstöd has worked with Inobiz as an integration platform alongside Sage X3 and Jeeves ERP systems, for example for EDI processing.
Inobiz products are mainly used in complex, performance-critical environments to integrate and connect systems within a company (EAI) or between companies (EDI), but also to integrate different systems with the web.
Inobiz supplies the EDI engine and message mapping system that Systemstöd uses in all EDI solutions with Sage X3 and Jeeves ERP systems. Inobiz is also used as an integration platform in many other applications we supply.

Inobiz software is most easily described through our three main products:
Inobiz Development System
Conversion developed with Inobiz DS. Inobiz DS specifies how transformation takes place between different input and output formats. You can use Inobiz DS to build transformation projects. Inobiz DS also provides a clear graphical view of how the format conversion is structured. The next step is to automate the integration flow: how files move into and out of the conversion created in Inobiz DS.
Inobiz Integration Server
Integration with Inobiz IS. Inobiz IS is one of two ways to use the format conversion. Inobiz IS handles the transport and monitoring of data flowing through the conversion created in Inobiz DS. Inobiz IS also provides a clear visual view of the files that have been converted.
Inobiz Runtime
Inobiz RT embedded in your own system. If you want to run the format conversion in your own software, you need an integration engine. The Inobiz RT component can be embedded in your existing system, enabling you to run the format conversion developed with Inobiz DS.

SSAB has many different IT environments and has also developed several applications of its own, meaning the company has around twenty different systems with different formats. The challenge was both to make these systems communicate with one another and to make them handle customers' different external formats. The business-critical systems must also always be available to SSAB's customers worldwide, reliable in operation and expandable for the future. Another requirement was to handle very large reconciliation files with hundreds of columns. Inobiz Integration Server was chosen to solve the integration challenge because of Inobiz's proven technology. Systemstöd led the project, which was successfully completed at SSAB. Several Inobiz Integration Servers now run in parallel, since long queues must never block SSAB's systems. One person handles all monitoring and operation of the Inobiz system at SSAB.
