Stores account for around 80 percent of sales, with the remainder through mail order and e-commerce. A few years ago, Swedol installed Promosoft's SOLO inventory control integrated with Jeeves ERP to reduce inventory value.
SOLO aims to make Swedol even better at having the right item in the right place at the right time.
– We undoubtedly save a great deal of time using SOLO. Forecasting is more efficient and accurate. Previously, we worked manually, looking at item histories and trends and basing purchases on them.
