Weland Lagersystem AB manufactures automated storage systems that we have integrated with Jeeves ERP through ISE Compact Control. The storage unit operates in real time from Jeeves ERP and different handheld solutions through ISE Lager.

Lift modules adapt to different physical environments and fulfil important functions in different types of storage:
– Distribution/picking storage for resource-efficient storage of low- and medium-frequency items, suitable for distribution warehouses, third-party logistics, e-commerce and more.
– Finished goods storage for the most efficient storage of products awaiting delivery.
– Post-process storage ensuring continuity in manufacturing without disruptions due to material shortages.
– Consumables requiring extensive safety stock to prevent manufacturing stoppages. MRO – Maintenance, Repair and Operating material.
– Work in progress to create smooth manufacturing flows, with component supply better adapted to different production stages.
– Stores to simplify handling and supply of consumables, additives, tools and supplementary equipment.
– Component stores for controlling and storing purchased parts to be processed or assembled in manufacturing.

Väderstad-verken picks faster with Weland lift modules
Väderstad-verken currently has 3 lift modules for spare parts, reducing floor space from 200 m² to 21 m². Thanks to Weland's Twin function, picking is now 5 times faster, with much better ergonomics and working conditions around the machines. A total of 7 Weland Lagersystem storage units are used: 1 for maintenance, 3 for production and 3 for spare parts, with more on the way.
