Integrate Jeeves ERP with your e-commerce site using our Jeeves API. The solution connects your new or existing e-commerce platform to Jeeves ERP in real time, giving you automated, efficient handling of deliveries, inventory management and updated customer information, for example. Use Jeeves ERP functions for deliveries, purchasing, inventory and shipping fully integrated with your e-commerce via Systemstöd’s Jeeves API, eliminating all manual work across multiple systems.

Jeeves API manages integration between Jeeves ERP and different e-commerce solutions, automating customer and product information, customer orders, prices and inventory balances between the systems, for example. It can also be adapted if there is specific information you want to integrate with Jeeves ERP.

Jeeves API for e-commerce – deployment and requirements

Jeeves API is deployed through IIS on a suitable server at your premises, with the server and SSL certificate supplied by you. The server must be able to communicate with the external e-commerce site through its firewall, preferably by opening port 443, and with the Microsoft SQL Server where the Jeeves ERP database is installed.

 For Jeeves ERP API to work, the following is required:

Jeeves API for e-commerce – security

Jeeves ERP API supports HTTPS and is also protected with Basic Authentication by default.
