Talk: mobile business applications
Our talk at Forum Affärssystem & HR focuses on mobile business applications. Usability is too narrow a concept; instead, the concept of actability should be used, known in Swedish as handlingsbarhet. How should this be done, and which parts of ERP systems should be separated out and made more accessible? Theories, alternative strategies and case studies are presented.
