What is Sage X3 ERP?

Sage X3 is an ERP system whose target audience and customers are mainly medium-sized companies and subsidiaries of large companies with international operations. It is currently used by over 6,500 companies in more than 80 countries for key areas and processes such as accounting, sales, CRM, logistics, projects, inventory management and manufacturing. Systemstöd is Sage's partner in Sweden and has adapted Sage X3 to Swedish legislation and translated the system into Swedish.

Below are brief descriptions of new features in the latest version of Sage X3.

User interface

The user interface has been further improved with responsive design, providing better access to the ERP system on mobile and desktop devices of different types and sizes. Navigation is also simpler, with a favorites toolbar and an interactive side menu.

Global support for new and updated legal requirements

Sage X3 is used in different languages in more than 80 countries worldwide. The latest version has been further updated to meet new legal requirements in countries including the US, France, Australia, Poland and the UK.

Accounting

All financial functions are integrated with every other part of Sage X3 ERP and have been improved in the latest version to better support daily operations with reconciliations, automatic journals, transaction and event traceability, real-time revenue monitoring and tax returns.

Sales and purchasing

Sage X3's sales and purchasing functions have been enhanced with features including default supplier management per product site and non-invoiceable receipts. There is also support for REX (Registered Export System) identification of exports outside the EU and License Plate Numbering (LPN), allowing grouping and management of receptacles by container.

Manufacturing

Sage X3's support for production and manufacturing has been further improved in areas including quality management, production management and graphical production planning.
