Extensive experience with Jeeves ERP

PEPPOL integration in Jeeves ERP version 6

In the new version of Jeeves ERP, e-invoices can be sent in the PEPPOL Bis 3.0 standard format to Pagero and OptoSweden. Additional access points beyond Pagero and OptoSweden will be supported through customizations or standard mappings/integrations.

The solution uses Jeeves' cloud-based routing service and is quick to implement, easy to maintain, and provides better control through acknowledgments.

Federated identity in Jeeves ERP version 6

Federated login allows users to sign in to multiple networks and/or systems with the same credentials. Users only need to enter their credentials once to access all systems.

A new feature in Jeeves ERP 6.0 Update 6 is that Jeeves' cloud-based identity service now lets you sign in to Jeeves ERP using federated identity.

The solution gives Jeeves ERP users new opportunities to streamline user administration and implement features such as multifactor authentication (MFA).

Federated identity is available for:
– Jeeves desktop client
– Jeeves classic client
– Jeeves mobile client (iOS and Android)

It is based on Open-ID Compliant Services (OICS) and has been verified for Azure AD.

Distributed configuration of the Jeeves mobile app in Jeeves ERP version 6

Mobile device management (MDM) is a system used to centralize administration of different mobile devices, including app distribution, policies, certificates, and backend infrastructure.

With Jeeves ERP 6.0 Update 6, Jeeves ERP users can distribute the Jeeves mobile app with a preconfigured server address through the MDM system.

The new version of Jeeves ERP lets you manage updates centrally and achieve faster distribution.
