Systemstöd delivers a new group-wide e-commerce platform solution for Kamic Group
Systemstöd and Kamic Group have agreed on the delivery of a new e-commerce platform integrated with Jeeves ERP.
In the first phase, Systemstöd is delivering an e-commerce solution to the Norwegian company Inteno A/S, comprising both a CMS and a complete e-commerce solution. Other companies in the group will choose when to implement the new e-commerce solution according to their own schedules.
Features include login, media and category libraries, campaign management, customer-specific pricing, real-time stock levels, a shopping cart, order and invoice history, and analysis in Google Analytics and more. All data is maintained in and published from the ERP system, in this case Jeeves ERP. Integration generally uses database replication, with web services for functions requiring immediate real-time data, such as price queries and stock levels.
Systemstöd's web platform is based on an open-source product called Orchard. The platform is highly modern and supports the latest web development technologies, including HTML 5, responsive web design, meta tags, and the Lucene search engine.
In addition to e-commerce, Systemstöd's web application portfolio includes time and expense reporting applications, information-sharing applications (operational dashboards) and operational applications such as pick-and-pack recording.
