Systemstöd at Sage FUTURE for Partners
Therése Lönneberg, Åsa Benton, Robin Levin, and Rebecka Linnér represented Systemstöd at Sage FUTURE for Partners in Barcelona—an intensive, inspiring conference in early November 2025.
Over three days, they met Sage partners from around the world, shared experiences, and joined a packed program of presentations, discussions, and insights into the future of ERP and Sage's AI-driven solutions.
A major topic was the launch of the next version of Sage X3, which includes:
AI integration — Sage AI + Sage Copilot built into Sage X3
The new Sage X3 version fully embeds Sage AI and Sage Copilot—not as add-ons, but as built-in components of Sage X3 ERP. Users receive AI-driven assistance and insights directly in their daily workflows, without switching to additional interfaces or systems.
New Sage Copilot features: Sales Insights and Copilot Chat
Sales Insights: The tool helps identify sales opportunities and detect trends or warning signs, such as falling order volumes, potential delivery delays, or customers at risk of being lost.
Copilot Chat: Ask or type questions in natural language directly in the ERP system. For example, quickly ask Which sales orders are awaiting delivery? or What is the stock situation for product X? and receive an immediate answer. This makes data easier to interpret, accelerates decisions, and reduces manual, repetitive tasks.
The path toward agentic AI and further automation
At Sage FUTURE, it was announced that this Sage X3 release also lays the foundation for future AI agents.
These are intelligent agents that can work proactively in areas such as finance, logistics, regulations, and ERP operations. The aim is for these AI agents to handle routine tasks, automate processes, and monitor key data, freeing time for strategic analysis and decision-making.
