"The company's ambition to be Sweden's Best Workplace is a living goal within the organization. It is a truly flat organization where employee engagement and involvement actually appear to rank higher on the agenda than the figures. Trust in the individual is high, creating an engaged and positive workplace."
Fredrik Jansson, CEO of Aktiebolaget Systemstöd
“Working with Great Place To Work has not only confirmed that we have been focusing on the right things, but also given us specific areas for improvement that we are now working on. It is liberating to have a framework to follow as we work to become an attractive workplace.”

About Great Place To Work and Sweden's Best Workplaces
The Sweden's Best Workplaces award is divided into three categories: small, medium-sized and large organizations. Great Place to Work Institute was founded in the United States in 1983, and the best workplace awards have been presented in Europe for twelve years. The lists of Sweden's Best Workplaces are based in part on a survey of company employees, who respond to 59 statements about their workplace.
How does Great Place to Work® compile the list of Sweden's Best Workplaces?
Great Place to Work® evaluates your organization from two organizational perspectives to ensure that you are an excellent workplace: the employee perspective and the employer perspective.
• From an employee perspective, an excellent workplace is one where employees trust the people they work for, take pride in their work and enjoy being with their colleagues.
• From an employer perspective, an excellent workplace is one where the organization achieves its goals, employees are engaged and give their very best, and everyone works together as a team in a culture built on trust.
Great Place to Work therefore uses two different tools to evaluate your workplace culture. The employee perspective is analyzed through the Trust Index© employee survey, while the employer perspective is analyzed through open questions about your employer offering in Culture Audit©. Sweden's Best Workplaces are selected annually based on Trust Index and Culture Audit. The list is compiled in mid-March in the large, medium-sized and small organization categories.
