Systemstöd is one of Sweden's Best Workplaces

The international organizational development company Great Place To Work® announced Sweden's Best Workplaces 2015 this evening.
A total of 148 companies took part in this year's ranking, and the results for the organizations on the lists improve year after year, which is encouraging.

Systemstöd took part for the first time and was named one of Sweden's Best Workplaces in the small organizations category.

Great Place to Work Aktiebolaget Systemstöd Maria Grudén, CEO of Great Place to Work Sweden

"Systemstöd has received outstanding feedback from its employees and has therefore gone straight onto the list of Sweden's Best Workplaces 2015. There is a great deal of freedom with responsibility, and the culture is characterized by trust and openness, from the first interview throughout the entire employment period."

Fredrik Jansson, CEO of Systemstöd
“Working with Great Place To Work has not only confirmed that we have been focusing on the right things, but also given us specific areas for improvement that we are now working on. It is liberating to have a framework to follow as we work to become an attractive workplace.”

About Great Place To Work and Sweden's Best Workplaces
The Sweden's Best Workplaces award is divided into three categories: small, medium-sized and large organizations. Great Place to Work Institute was founded in the United States in 1983, and the best workplace awards have been presented in Europe for twelve years. The lists of Sweden's Best Workplaces are based in part on a survey of company employees, who respond to 59 statements about their workplace.
