Systemstöd is Great Place To Work Certified

We're celebrating Systemstöd becoming Great Place to Work® Certified!

Systemstöd has conducted an employee survey and Culture Audit® together with Great Place To Work and received its new certification for excellent workplaces.

Great Place to Work® certification is the first and so far only certification of excellent workplaces and is based on Great Place to Work© Institute's global standard for the characteristics of an excellent workplace. This is based on more than 25 years of empirical research and analysis, and millions of employee surveys in 50 countries. The evaluation is carried out by a neutral external party, ensuring an independent assessment. Annual audits and evaluations ensure that results are maintained. The company's organizational and leadership activities are evaluated through a Culture Audit® and a comprehensive assessment of employees' experience of trust, pride and camaraderie at work in the Trust Index® employee survey.

To achieve certification, the level of culture-building activities and employee evaluations must meet or exceed the international threshold for certification.

Over the past three years, we have ranked on the list of Sweden's Best Workplaces and we continue working to develop and improve Systemstöd in line with our vision, "Sweden's best workplace".
