Systemstöd is Great Place To Work Certified

Great Place to Work® certification is the first and so far only certification of excellent workplaces.

The certification is based on Great Place to Work© Institute's global standard for the characteristics of an excellent workplace. This is based on more than 25 years of empirical research and analysis, and millions of employee surveys in 50 countries.

The evaluation is carried out by Great Place to Work®, a neutral external party, ensuring an independent assessment. Annual audits and evaluations ensure that results are maintained. Certification is based primarily on employees' experience of the workplace. This distinguishes it from other certifications, such as ISO 9000, which mainly assess whether the company or organization has systems and procedures to ensure product or service quality.
