Handle ALL invoices electronically
Electronic processing of every invoice saves time, lowers costs and increases security. Together with our partner InExchange we can offer the market's best solution for sending customer invoices and receiving supplier invoices.
This replaces manual (boring!) paper-invoice handling with electronic invoices. Your invoice processing integrates with ERP systems such as Jeeves ERP, Sage X3, Visma Net or Standard ERP. Or various systems for digital supplier-invoice processing (EFH). An efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly way to handle all your invoices.

Receive supplier invoices
Receive all supplier invoices electronically in your invoice-processing system, such as Rillion One (formerly Centsoft), Rillion Prime (formerly PaletteInvoice) or another system, regardless of format (paper, PDF or e-invoice). InExchange also actively reduces suppliers' paper and PDF invoices in favour of genuine e-invoices.
Often, 50–70% of supplier invoices can move from paper and PDF to electronic format only a few months after go-live. The service therefore costs less and less as we help you receive more electronic invoices.

Scanning paper supplier invoices
More companies and organisations send and receive invoices electronically. Until everyone uses electronic invoices, however, many must continue sending paper invoices.
Interpret PDF supplier invoices
InExchange reads, interprets and verifies the information you need from PDF invoices for your invoice-processing application or ERP system and forwards it to you.
Handle e-invoices in different formats
InExchange handles incoming e-invoices in the market's various formats, such as Svefaktura, PEPPOL, Finvoice, EDIFACT, XML, E2B or EDIfact.
Activation
As little paper as possible! By making you visible in InExchange Network and Peppol, InExchange enables suppliers to e-invoice you regardless of their invoicing solution. It also helps suppliers not currently sending e-invoices get started.
Send all customer invoices through one flow
InExchange distributes all customer invoices through one flow, regardless of format – paper, PDF or e-invoice. The solution handles printing, enveloping and posting paper invoices, as well as distributing PDF and e-invoices in different formats. All through an automated flow from your ERP system to your customer.

Paper invoices to customers
E-invoicing is the most efficient and least expensive way to handle customer invoices. Many companies can still only receive paper invoices, however. InExchange therefore uses paper only when your customer cannot receive invoices in another format.
PDF and e-invoices to customers
When you send customer invoices to InExchange, it checks whether the recipient can receive alternative formats. E-invoices are the first choice, followed by PDFs. The flow is then adjusted to the format your customer can receive.
1. Automation with electronic invoices
Electronic invoices automate your work and send customer invoices directly from your ERP system to the recipient. You avoid printing and enveloping invoices and save on envelopes and postage.
2. Security with electronic invoices
Sometimes a paper customer invoice fails to reach its recipient. This creates extra administration and may require crediting reminder and collection fees. Electronic invoices let you see status and receive an error message if something is not sent as planned.
3. Improved liquidity
Electronic invoices simplify receipt at your customer's end because automation reduces manual work and therefore mistakes. This can shorten your company's credit periods and improve liquidity.
4. Support for new legal requirements
A historical example of a new legal requirement is that, from 2019, all public-sector purchases must be invoiced electronically. Other ongoing requirements involve new and upcoming e-invoicing laws introduced or planned by Europe's largest economies, with mandatory business-to-business (B2B) e-invoicing legislation under way in several places.
5. Environmental benefits
The main environmental benefit is the dramatic reduction in paper use when your company switches to electronic invoices.
