Our Christmas gift is clean water
This year, our Christmas donation helps the 844 million people on Earth without access to clean water through WaterAid. The organization works with the poorest and most marginalized communities to find practical, sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions that meet people's needs.

The year gone by
When I sit down and reflect on 2018, I realize how much has happened beyond the hottest summer in living memory. Here is a selection of what happened at Systemstöd during the year.
In June, we launched a trainee program for Aya Alwan, Sankhero Odisho and Wilmer Jensen Sternehäll. During the fall, they received training and time for self-study, visited partners, and participated in customer projects and more. They are now taking their final examination at year-end: setting up an entirely new company and its processes, primarily in logistics and finance.
In May, Sweden's Personal Data Act was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which governs personal data processing. We developed a solution to help you meet GDPR requirements for deleting and anonymizing information in Jeeves ERP.

Our growth in knowledge, experience, and new colleagues has continued. Several experienced Jeeves consultants joined Systemstöd, including in Jönköping, where we welcomed Pär Sjölin and Johan Tell during the year.
To meet growing interest and demand for Jeeves ERP and Sage X3 services and support, we opened an office in Gothenburg in the spring. Operations in Gothenburg are led by Tirane Izetovska who has extensive experience in ERP systems and business-critical applications, including Jeeves ERP and PaletteInvoice.
Together, new colleagues, trainees, and the Gothenburg office further strengthen our resources in both Jeeves ERP and Sage X3. It is especially pleasing to know already that several knowledgeable colleagues will join Systemstöd in early 2019.
At the end of March, Systemstöd was named one of Sweden's Best Workplaces 2018 for the fourth consecutive year by Great Place To Work®. Systemstöd ranked fifth among Sweden's best workplaces in organizations with 20–49 employees, with the following citation:
An organization responsive to employees and the world around it. There is a general goodwill and a desire to understand and allow everyone to be themselves.
In addition, June saw the announcement of Europe's Best Workplaces 2018 in Athens, where Systemstöd ranked twelfth among Europe's best workplaces in organizations with up to 50 employees.
We continue developing Systemstöd in line with our vision Sweden's Best Workplace.
Almost three years ago, we began introducing a new ERP system, Sage X3, to the Swedish market. Today, around ten companies in Sweden use Sage X3, including Kraftpojkarna, EPC Sverige, Better Schelter, Panda Security and Strandberg Guitars.
