Unifaun – Consignor – Returnado become nShift

At the end of August, a new global provider was launched for cloud-based delivery management and transport administration solutions for e-commerce, retail, manufacturing and 3PL companies. The company is nShift, formed by the merger of Unifaun, Consignor and Returnado. 

Unifaun, long a well-known and widely used transport administration system, merged in January with Consignor, an Oslo-based TAS platform, into one company. That company has now acquired returns provider Returnado and adopted the name nShift.

Together, the three companies becoming nShift have over 90,000 customers, more than 100 integrations with various ERP systems and e-commerce platforms, and connections to over 700 carriers. At Systemstöd, we have developed packaged integrations between nShift Delivery and Sage X3 and Jeeves ERP.

With nShift, companies can automate and optimize their entire delivery process, from booking, creating labels and shipping documents, and delivery tracking to returns management.

As part of the transition to nShift, the Unifaun products have been renamed:

Unifaun Online = nShift Delivery

Unifaun Delivery Checkout = nShift Checkout

Unifaun Mina Paket = nShift Mina Paket

Consignor = nShift Delivery Hub

Returnado = nShift Return
