Sage X3 Cloud in a cloud just for you
Sage X3 runs either on your own hardware on premises or in a private cloud. A private cloud means your own dedicated cloud environment, completely separate from others. It provides economies of scale, cost advantages, performance, security and cost efficiency compared with operating ERP yourself. Private clouds suit ERP operations because they are built and adapted to a specific business's needs, with private infrastructure and networking exclusively for the company using the service.

Options for Sage X3 Cloud
To give our Sage X3 Cloud customers the tools for secure, efficient and flexible operations, we develop complementary services and options. These strengthen the customer's existing operating environment and enable secure, seamless identity management, email communication and file exchange, among other things – directly integrated with Sage X3. Our additional services include:
Keycloak IAM – centralised, secure login with support for modern security standards and multi-factor authentication.
AWS Simple Email Service (SES) – send email from Sage X3 without your own email server, ideal for invoices, order confirmations and other system messages.
SFTP server through OpenSSH – secure, encrypted file transfers between Sage X3 and external recipients.

Sage X3 is localised for Swedish legislation and translated into Swedish, as well as around 20 other languages, with localisations for around 30 countries.
Example pricing for Sage X3 in the cloud
The Sage X3 application and its system platform and services are delivered as a private cloud through an annual subscription. This example is based on a distribution and trading company requiring business support for areas including logistics, sales, CRM, aftermarket services and finance. The Microsoft SQL Server database is included in both examples below, along with services for the Sage X3 operating platform as shown in the table above.
