The internet is a passing fad that may blow over
This was not actually said by Ines Uusman; it was a headline written by a headline editor at Svenska Dagbladet. Many Jeeves users are, however, very interested in our web applications integrated with Jeeves ERP. Today, we offer various web applications integrated with Jeeves ERP for areas including:

Development is also underway on a mobile sales support web app, My Pages. On a computer, tablet, or smartphone, users can record sales orders, view product prices and availability, access customer invoice information, and more.

Instead of Christmas cards and gifts, we support children in conflict areas by contributing to UNICEF's emergency relief work.
When UNICEF was founded in 1946, the idea was to provide short-term help for children affected by World War II. It quickly became clear that UNICEF had an even greater role to play. Today, UNICEF works in 190 countries for the rights of all children.
Jeeves version 5
At Jeeves Xperience in late October, a new version of Jeeves ERP was presented: Jeeves ERP version 5 (v5).
At Systemstöd, we have already upgraded our own Jeeves to version 5, and several customers are scheduled to upgrade shortly.

Jeeves ERP version 5 includes more than one hundred customer-focused improvements and new features, plus a new desktop client with a redesigned interface for a more intuitive, streamlined user experience.
Highlights of Jeeves ERP version 5 include:
– New product configurator for variant-managed and order-specific products.
– Expanded functionality for intercompany transactions (ICT).
– Improved after-sales service tools and an entirely new mobile field service app.
– Better support for different production methods, such as project and shot management.
– Enhanced financial management, including VAT handling, reporting, and SEPA.
– Improved reporting service and an expanded selection of financial reports.

Andreé has Jeeves ERP experience from Bygg-Ole Värmdö and focuses primarily on web development. This interest fits well with our increasing influx of Jeeves customers interested in web solutions for areas such as e-commerce, time reporting, and simple CRM integrated with Jeeves ERP.

Systemstöd and Jeeves
I don't know why, but this year has passed quickly—very quickly. Perhaps it is because our strategy to expand our resources and expertise in Jeeves ERP continues to bear fruit. During the fall, we established many new, enjoyable, and exciting partnerships with companies using Jeeves ERP.
Many of our Jeeves customers have used Jeeves for years. Over that time, we have refined processes and functions together across many different areas. Personally, I find the possibilities offered by our platform for creating web applications integrated with Jeeves particularly exciting.
This creates entirely new opportunities for all companies using Jeeves to communicate and exchange information with customers and employees, for example. New uses emerge that no one had previously considered, such as operational dashboards.
At the start of the year, Systemstöd was named one of Sweden's Best Workplaces 2016 in the small organizations category by Great Place To Work®. Throughout the year and fall, we continued developing Systemstöd in line with our vision of Sweden's Best Workplace, and hired several knowledgeable colleagues.
We began the year by starting work to introduce an entirely new ERP system to the Swedish market, Sage X3. Some of us worked on translation and Swedish localization during the year, and the first implementations have begun.
